• We want someone that loves to do great DESIGN work, loves to share ideas, and wants to take ownership of our UI roadmap. We want one who is excited about building great interactive products.
• We're looking for a smart and highly motivated Graphic Designer with a startup mentality to join us in this effort. The projects on our plate are amazing, and passion is a must. 

Experience: 

• Tend to avoid the complex for simple & can explain simple in plain english, have an insatiable appetite for getting things done and are driven by the results  
• Passionate about creating crisp, innovative and elegant designs for the social masses  
• Enjoy iterating and testing on a variety of ideas using wireframes, sketches.
• Have impeccable design judgement and enjoy articulating your design rationales  
• Love to stay ahead of the curve in technology advances, UI practices, and trends  
• Are a quick learner and willing to take on any challenge, regardless of deep experience

Skills

• At least 1 - 2 years of professional design experience
• Ability to use photoshop/illustrator with your eyes closed
• Thorough understanding of graphic and user interface design for social applications
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Social media background (big plus!)
• Ability to layout and finish designs in HTML/CSS (big plus!)
• Experience designing for mobile devices (big big plus!)
