• Looking for a person who has itch for object-oriented PHP, scalable Web applications, hacking up prototypes, rapid user testing, and real product ownership.
• Being a startup we need someone who feels comfortable developing with a wide range of technologies and can learn rapidly. If you can pick up a technology/language in a weekend you’re who we're looking for. 
• You tend to avoid the complex for simple and can explain simple in plain english, have an insatiable appetite for getting things done and are driven by the results
• Are a quick learner and willing to take on any challenge, regardless of deep experience.

Skills

• Expertise with PHP and MySQL
• Expertise with CSS, AJAX, Javascript and frameworks such as jQuery
• Expertise working in open-source LAMP environment
• Expertise with version control (SVN)
• Experience in building a scalable API
• understanding of web standards and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience and interest in high performance, scalable systems
• Experience developing for Mobile devices an uber plus
